Free consultationThe price of a turnkey family home depends on size, layout and the standard of finishing. As a rough guide, prices start from approximately €1,600/m² (CZK 40,000/m²). We prepare a detailed quote free of charge after discussing your requirements – no obligation.
A standard turnkey family home takes approximately 8–14 months from contract signing, depending on project complexity and season. We keep you informed at every stage of the build.
Everything is included – from groundworks, foundations and shell construction through to the roof, all internal services (electrics, plumbing, heating), plaster, flooring, windows and doors, right through to painting and final finishes. You build without worry – we take care of everything.
We provide a 20-year warranty on our builds. We stand behind the quality of our work and the warranty terms are clearly set out in the building contract. We don't disappear after handover – we're here for you afterwards too.
Yes, we build turnkey family homes in Prague, Central Bohemia and the surrounding area up to approximately 100 km away. Our second office is based in Nymburk – Kovanice. Get in touch and we'll discuss the details.
Absolutely. We build both to your own individual designs and from our standard house types, which can be freely adapted – layout, size, finishing standard and materials. Everything is discussed in person and we find the solution that fits your needs and budget.
